L.S is a 60yo female with a history of left breast cancer who underwent bilateral total mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction c/b bilateral breast wound development subsequently requiring debridement and closure prior to completion of PMRT. She underwent bilateral mound revision with AFT one-year post op.
