T.P is a 28yo female with right breast cancer who underwent bilateral total mastectomies with tissue expander reconstruction, and right PMRT followed by TE to implant exchange. Post-operative course was complicated by right implant exposure and exchange. She underwent bilateral capsulectomy/implant removal and bilateral DIEP flap reconstruction.
