E.S is a 45yo female with right breast cancer who underwent right total mastectomy with TE placement and left breast reduction, and subsequently right TE removal and delayed DIEP flap. She underwent right mound revision with scar release and AFT, abdominal scar revision, and ultimately RFAL to the mons region.
